NIHR participates in the Activities of the 2nd Session of the International Academy for Leading Women in Doha

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), represented by Mrs. Rawda Salman Al-Aradi, Council of Commissioner, participated in the second session of the International Academy for Leading Women under the theme "Leadership in the Digital Age." The session was held in the Qatari capital, Doha, with high-level local, regional, and international attendance.

The second session of the academy aimed to enhance a deep understanding of the role of equal opportunities in shaping leadership styles. It addressed strengths and challenges, alongside providing insights on how women can leverage their leadership to effect significant changes in an increasingly digitally connected world.

The four-day session was organized in collaboration between the National Human Rights Committee of Qatar, the Arab Network of National Human Rights Institutions, the United Nations Development Programme, and the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs.
